Memphis C. S. Lewis Society Minutes of May 14, 2000 meeting Brockwell Room - Memphis Theological Seminary Present: Barry Anderson, Knick Knickerbocker, Anna Leeper, Ann Marty, Bill Marty, Andy McClung, Lance Needham, Sara O'Dell, Carey Stone, Lynn Whetherholt, Chuck Yancey, Marsha Yancey. Andy McClung opened the meeting with prayer. Lynn Whetherholt announced that she would be relocating to Richmond, VA. Her presence and participation will be missed. Barry Anderson mentioned an increase in the number of queries through the web site. The group listened to a tape of Lewis' radio broadcast on The Four Loves - "Eros." A lively and enjoyable discussion followed. The next meeting will be June 11. The topic will be The Four Loves - "Agape." Submitted by Barry Anderson |
