Memphis C. S. Lewis Society Minutes of May 12, 2002 meeting Brockwell Room - Memphis Theological Seminary Present: Barry Anderson, Dennis Beets, Tom Boulden, Janet Cupo, Knick Knickerbocker, Sandie Knickerbocker, Ann Marty, Bill Marty, Hal Poe. Dennis Beets opened the meeting with prayer. The program was a paper presented by Dr. Hal Poe, C. S. Lewis and Our Attitude toward Others.Originally, the paper was read to the Christianity in the Academy Conference at the University of Memphis. Discussion followed. The next meeting will be on June 2. The program will be a discussion of two chapters of Reflections on the Psalms, chapter 4 - "Death in the Psalms" and chapter 5 - "The Fair Beauty of the Lord."
