Memphis C. S. Lewis Society Minutes of November 10, 2002 meeting Brockwell Room - Memphis Theological Seminary Present: Barry Anderson, Dennis Beets, Tom Boulden, Bill Cupo, Janet Cupo, John Fannon, Lois Fannon, Teresa Johnson, Knick Knickerbocker, Sandie Knickerbocker, Ann Marty, Bill Marty, Joy White, and Owen White. Dennis Beets opened the meeting with prayer. The program was a set of reviews of two recently published books. Tom Boulden reviewed The Imaginative World of C. S. Lewis by Mineko Honda. Dennis Beets reviewed A Far-Off Country: A Guide to C. S. LewisFantasy Fiction by Martha C. Sammons. Discussion followed. The next meeting will be on December 8. If reservations can be secured, the meeting will consist of a trip to the Circuit Theatre to view a production of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.
